Phoenix Association launched the caring programme at Wai-bargi Hospital as from 2006 to care for needy HIV patients without Caregiver. Now, free services are provided round the clock in caring for HIV patients at Mingalardon Specialists Hospital.
In addition, it has opened Shelter to provide free accommodation for HIV/AIDS patients from outside Yangon and makes contacts with related health centres for the patients to recieve medical treatment.
